As an admin, you have access to a range of powerful tools and configurations that help streamline and customize your training platform. Let’s explore the key features available under the Organization Settings menu.
1. Default LLM Model
The Default LLM Model setting allows you to choose the AI model that powers Smart Role’s training scenarios. Currently, we recommend using the Azure GPT-4 model due to its advanced capabilities and robust data security features. In the future, you’ll have the flexibility to switch between different models based on your organization’s needs and preferences.
2. User Management
Invites
Easily expand your team by inviting new members to your Smart Role organization:
- Navigate to Invites: Access the user menu and click on Invites.
- Enter Email Addresses: Add the email addresses of the individuals you want to invite.
- Assign Roles: Select the appropriate roles for each invitee (e.g., Admin, Editor, Agent).
Roles
Customize user permissions and access levels by managing roles:
- Default Roles: Choose from predefined roles such as Admin (full access), Editor (manage scenarios and data sources), and Agent (participate in training).
- Custom Roles: Create custom roles with specific permissions to fit your organizational structure and workflow.
Groups
Organize users into groups for more efficient management:
- Create Groups: Define groups based on departments, teams, or any other criteria.
- Assign Users to Groups: Add users to relevant groups to streamline scenario assignments and performance tracking.
3. Billing and Plans
Manage your subscription and billing details seamlessly:
- View Current Plan: Check the details of your current subscription plan.
- Upgrade/Downgrade Plan: Adjust your plan based on your organization’s changing needs.
- Billing Information: Update your billing details to ensure uninterrupted service.
4. Slack Integration
Stay updated on training activities by integrating Smart Role with Slack:
- Connect Slack: Link your Smart Role account to your Slack workspace.
- Set Up Notifications: Configure notifications for training completion, user performance, and other important updates to be sent directly to your Slack channels.
5. Webhooks
Automate and extend Smart Role’s functionality using webhooks:
- Create Webhooks: Set up webhooks to trigger actions in other systems based on specific events in Smart Role.
- Customize Triggers: Define which events (e.g., training completion, new user invitations) will activate the webhook.
The Organization Settings menu in Smart Role provides admins with the tools to customize and optimize their training environment. By managing the default AI model, user roles, billing, integrations, and webhooks, you can ensure that your organization gets the most out of Smart Role’s capabilities.
