As your organization evolves, you may find the need to upgrade or downgrade your Smart Role plan to fit your budget and operational needs.
1. Access the Plans Menu
- Head to Organization Settings > Plans in Smart Role.
- Select Manage my subscription to open your Stripe Billing portal.
2. Plan Options
- Inside the portal, you’ll have the option to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
- Upgrading: This option is perfect for organizations expanding their team size, requiring more advanced features like multi-brand support, or needing additional training simulations.
- Downgrading: If you’re scaling back or don’t need certain advanced features, downgrading is simple and won’t interrupt your current service.
3. Important Considerations
- Billing Adjustments: Changes to your plan take effect immediately, but any adjustments will be prorated, meaning you’ll only be charged for the portion of the billing cycle that you’ve used.
- Additional Costs: If upgrading, ensure that your payment method can accommodate any additional costs.
