If you need to cancel your subscription, this article walks you through the process and what happens to your account after cancellation.
1. Cancelling Your Plan
- Go to Organization Settings > Plans and click Manage my subscription.
- In the customer portal, select Cancel Subscription.
2. Important Notes
- Service Continuation: After cancellation, you will still have access to Smart Role for the remainder of your billing period.
- Data Retention: Smart Role retains your data for 30 days post-cancellation, allowing you to export it before your account is deactivated.
- Reactivation: You can choose to reactivate your account during this 30-day window.
3. Considerations Before Cancelling
- If you plan to return to Smart Role in the future, remember that you can always downgrade to a lower-tier plan instead of canceling completely.
